I am a father, fitness/health coach and speaker. I have an amazing story of a man who tried to take his own life, and found faith. The healing journey was long, but necessary. I had to learn how to walk again, get back into physical fit shape, get off off of drugs and alcohol, but most importantly, address my childhood trauma that led to certain behaviors. I now share my story at many churches and personal growth events. I hope that my story inspires to find hope.I also enjoy improving the health and well being of others through my knowledge and experience of nutrition, fitness and physical rehabilitation as well as my compassion for living a fit and healthy lifestyle. In addition, I have also added addiction/recovery coach to the resume.
