Solely responsible for a 24x7 medium-sized production environment including multiple platform workstations, multiple platform servers, network connectivity, data storage, integrity, and backup. Including multiple platform servers – Macintosh Os X; Windows NT, 2000, and 2003; SGI Irix; Sun Solaris; IBM AIX; and Red Hat Linux, tasked with roles such as web, ftp, print, file, backup, database, and Kodak/Creo proprietary pre-press workflow, including a Prinergy Windows based computing cluster and a Cisco networking infrastructure.

Started off as a helpdesk tech, and also did some supervising of the second and third shifts team.

Supported Philip Morris USA’s national sales force servers, network, laptops, and desktops

Performed first and second level desktop support for Windows and Macintosh based computers. I was one of the people who would get the Mac calls turned over to them. I miss the store-locater queue
