Evolved from developing PHP server-side rendered front-ends to Vue driven front-ends consuming REST APIs.• Assumed technical ownership and grew a medium-sized, custom .NET C# based e-commerce platform, as it transitioned from a single-server to a distributed, geo-redundant Azure-based solution. Incrementally redesigned main service and data layers on SOLID design principles, adding automated unit and integration tests for new development. Utilized Redis as a distributed cache layer, providing data synchronization and scalability without a complete rewrite of the platform’s multiple applications and external integrations. Product catalog page load times improved 5-10x and catalog updates became near instantaneous.
