- Identified Mapbox’s market fit for logistics providers with a <36 hour order-to-fulfillment sequence’s geospatial needs. Secured staffing and implemented a consultative, multi-functional customer engagement strategy.
- Replicated and scaled the winning processes to increase total existing vertical revenue by 72.5% ($2.5M) through increased targeted engagement of existing customers outside of renewal sequences, as well as expanding.
- Defined the vision, strategy, and business case to launch the On-Demand Logistics vertical and transformed that into well-defined product roadmaps, requirements, and go-to-market motions, resulting in On-Demand.
- Boosted community engagement by serving as the voice of the product for Mapbox’s Developer Conferences and industry panels to audiences including C-suite and potential customers.
