I am currently in my second year of tutoring at St John’s college. Students have been 1st and 2nd year criminology/criminal justice/psychology students participating in a 1-hour nightly session. I2have tutored introductory criminology, forensic criminology, deviance, and domestic and family violence units. I have guided students through course materials, workshopped conceptual (mis)understandings, and assisted in academic writing skills.

In July 2022 I commenced employment at the National Australia bank, working as a Small Business manager, focusing on agribusinesses. I manage approximately 120 customer groups which may include one or more individuals and the related business(es). Day-to-day, I attend to lending, account management, and maintenance of a portfolio worth $28 million in lending and $30 million in deposits.Some key requirements of my role include understanding customers’ needs to provide tailored & holistic banking solutions, revenue growth, drive customer advocacy, and engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and improve customer outcomes.In this role I have developed high level attention to detail, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills are an invaluable asset working within a dynamic, high-pressure environment. I have also enhanced the ability to work independently, while also being an active member of a high performing team that involves numerous stakeholders.

I began working at the TK School in February (2020). I waz responsible for eight M4 (Grade 10) classes, one M3 (Grade 9) class, and one M6 (Grade 12) class. My responsibilities include: - Teaching classes- Creating lesson plans- Marking and assessing tasks (from my class(es) and others)- Promote an enjoyable learning experience- As the only native English speaker in the school, I am often asked about grammatical or other technical aspects of the English language. Also proof reading some documents or checking other work

Teaching children between 4 and 15 years old. UV English Club is an English tutoring centre.Classes are often mixed for age and ability, it is more relaxed than a school, with an emphasis on practical learning (i.e. games and activities, conversations etc). We also offer classes to adults who want to learn English or advance their capabilities. Classes are for 2 hours Monday to Friday (nights), Saturday/Sunday morning & afternoon.

I worked in a small team within one of the Chris Waller Racing stables at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. CWR has over 140 horses in work and our team is responsible for 20 horses. I have a number of responsibilities in my role, these include:- Preparing horses for trackwork. Saddling and bandaging- Mucking out boxes (straw and shavings), - Washing and feeding horses- Grooming- Assist in the exercise of horses (hand walking or moving horses to walking machines) - Raceday and trial strapping- Operation of treadmils and aqua treadmil

I work in a small team within one of the Snowden Racing stables at Royal Randwick Racecourse. Snowden Racing has over 120 horses in work and my team is responsible for 18 horses. I have a number of responsibilities in my role, these include:- Preparing horses for trackwork. Saddling and bandaging- Mucking out boxes (straw and shavings), - Washing and feeding horses- Grooming- Assist in exercise of horses (hand walking or moving horses to walking machines) - Raceday and trial strappingIn 2018, I was promoted to an assistant foreman role.

After two years, I was promoted from Casual to Officer in Charge (OIC) of NAB's Uralla branch. This role requires me to oversee all daily functions within the branch, including:Managing staff well-being and training of staffSetting weekly targets between staff to ensure workload is fair and consistent, and completed to an appropriate standardEnsuring compliance and risk tasks are managed according to legal and NAB policiesAssisting customers in processing daily transactionsReferring Financial Planning, Personal and Home Lending enquiriesCommunication with customers via email, telephone and face to face situationsOperating internal NAB systems to assist with customer transactional needsCompleted Tier 2 accreditation The OIC position requires me to work each Thursday and Friday (as the branch does not open everyday), therefore I still assist in casual work where needed.
