Region of focus: APAC, EMEA, LATAM• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting tools• Design and implement a governance model for new reporting requirements and changes• Partner with the regional Tax & Statutory team to improve the internal/external processes• Initiate enhancements of Business Intelligence and Reporting tools• Provides monthly/quarterly reports and analysis of financial and performance KPIs.• Develop implementation plans for different types of projects.• Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools, Dashboard reports and provide real-time analysis• Creates reports and dashboards in Power BI• Develop, standardize, and automate reporting tools • Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.• Defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.• Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.• Prepares Financial Reports & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in diverse Microsoft Tools, such as PowerBi & Sway.• Communicate and monitor the status of obligations under Tax & Statutory scope• Develop business-focused financial and performance reports.• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.• Monitor the progress of projects using reporting tools.• Provides support for existing applications and processes.• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.• Support the coordination and preparation of the quarterly forecasting process for all Legal Entities in the JCI group.• Establish an adequate interaction level with the BUF, FP&A, and TAX leads.• Supports the MoM & YoY PTBI variance analysis in the forecast cycles by Legal Entity.• Helps with analyzing all recorded/expected ICO transactions and their reconciliation per LE• Partner with the FP&A leads of the different BU’s business segments

Region of focus: APAC, EMEA & LATAM• Coordinate and prepare the quarterly legal entity forecasting process for all JCI Global LEs. • Acts as a business partner and liaison between all BU FP&A teams and corporate tax functions• Assist in managing BU FP&A regional teams who establish adequate interaction between the BU OPS organization, its FP&A leads, and corporate tax country directors• Responsible for special transactions forecast for legal entity purposes• Acts as a business partner for all relevant corporate-initiated transactions planning and implementation • Establish and maintain critical statistics data on the Legal entity dimension.• Ensure the proper allocation of Branch and plant operating costs, including synergies, at both the legal entity and management levels• Closely cooperate with the Transfer Pricing team to ensure that the intercompany commercial relationships follow the established policy and process • Collaborate with the CFS central team in providing critical legal entity profitability information during yearly business / corporate planning• Coordination of IC Tax Packages • Partner with the regional CFS team to establish a global process• Develop, standardize, and automate reporting tools.• Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools, Dashboard reports and provide real-time analysis.• Monitor Financial Statements and Statistical Reports subject to filing and audit in different regions (America, Europe & Asia).• Develop business-focused financial and performance reports.• Provide monthly/quarterly reports and analysis of financial and performance KPIs.• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.• Develop implementation plans for a different types of projects.• Monitor the progress of projects using reporting tools.

Region of focus: LATAMMonitor Financial Statements and Statistical Reports subject to filing and audit in different regions (America, Europe & Asia) • Develop business-focused financial and performance reports • Provide monthly/quarterly reports and analysis of financial and performance KPIs • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators • Monitor progress of projects using reporting tools.

Region of focus: APAC, EMEA & LATAMSupport the coordination and preparation of the quarterly forecasting process for all Legal Entities • Support special transactions forecast for legal entity purposes • Ensure the proper allocation of Branch and plant operating costs, including synergies, at both the legal entity and management levels • Maintain Legal Entity databases.

Region of focus: LATAMActs as a primary contact of Legal Entity forecasting for LATAM region • Provides explanations of material variances of forecasted figures on LATAM entities • Assist with tax reporting schedules • Support Transfer pricing team • Support Corporate teams • Support the preparation of the US GAAP vs. Local GAAP bridge and relevant adjustments.

Region of focus: LATAMActs as the Corporate’s financial expert for LATAM region • Coordinates financial functions and centralized financial services to all the business units in the region • Review Financial Statements and any other local compliance reports for Local GAAP • Acts as the primary contact of external auditors and local financial authorities • Lead the US and Local GAAP external audits • Provide support to compliance with local financial statutory and tax regulations.

Region of focus: LATAMPrepares reports of Local GAAP results • Prepares general ledger reconciliations as per SOX responsibility matrix • Prepares and coordinates internal and external audits • Records adjustments from US GAAP to Local GAAP • Prepares statutory Financial Statements including notes and related minutes • Provides support to plants, shared services centers, and central functions regarding accounting/financial issues • Assists with financial reporting schedules • Supports / implements Corporate initiatives • Monitor issues with BU and Shared service centers within the region, primarily those which impact accounting and tax activities
