In this role I serve as the RSA Archer Administrator who is responsible for managing the Archer platform and its functions globally for the organization and its subsidiaries. The primary role is to ensure the stability, security, and availability of the platform, configure and maintain its components, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing new solutions and workflows.

I facilitated the integration of corporate applications throughout the overall environment in alignment with best practice standards. I worked as domain architect primarily for the HR and Global ITSM departments where I regularly use Workday, Remedy, SNOW, Agile Central/Rally, and Clarity. On a regular basis, I collaborated with users and business unit stakeholders to support application adoption and augmentation, to identify risks, create workarounds, and evaluate project progress. In addition to this, I evaluated new applications focused on global standardization, workflow optimization, and process simplification.A few of my highlighted accomplishments thus far include: ➤ Being elected as co-chair of the SaaS Governance Council. I developed governance for the adaptation of new SaaS applications, hosted weekly meetings, initiated onboarding processes, and served as a point of contact for the requestor.➤ Serving as a member of the Infrastructure Architecture Committee to review changes and initiatives across various environments and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.➤ Reducing unnecessary spend by approximately $3.3M+ by participating in a global application inventory rationalization to identify duplicate services and cost savings. ➤ Being a critical player in shaping technical solutions to meet regulatory requirements such as the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). I identified a viable solution, developed design plan, and ensured alignment to gather standardized data for customers to be able to monitor compliance. ➤ Selecting and implementing an iPaaS solution and developing the global enterprise architecture design tooling. I enacted a comprehensive plan for deployment and IM rules.

My career at University of Chicago Medicine began with a role as a Business Analyst, where I was later promoted to Senior Business Systems Analyst. Following my promotion, I assumed expanded responsibility over application, hardware, and software implementation projects. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, I drove support for application and hardware implementation projects from the initial feasibility assessment and architectural analysis to go-live and reporting. I established 3-year plans by meeting with leadership and governance teams to identify support issues, determine milestones, and enact solutions. To work toward bridging the gap between the needs of end-users and organizational standards, I consulted with inpatient and outpatient departments on a regular basis. Notable achievements from my time in this role included: ➤ Developing and testing the organization’s first mobile nursing computer cart. I selected the hardware, configured the Windows installation, and arranged the backend management console for the devices.➤ Upgrading the outdated GI video capture equipment to align with industry leading HD quality imagery. The scope of this project included a software update, hardware capture, and PC installations. ➤ Performing fundamental schema updates to the food service application following a vendor change. I rebuilt the hospital-wide scheme and led the deployment initiative. ➤ Spearheading the transition to an automated system across 15 servers with the ability to auto recover following potential failures. I identified security concerns in the previous system and collaborated with vendor to create new scripting.
