Managed a team of multimedia developers and accessibility specialists. Supervised design, development, and remediation for Section 508 compliance activities for presentations, webinars, live video recordings, animated video, microlearning, eLearning, and other similar mixed media of varying lengths. More specifically:• Estimated pricing for proposals to perform eLearning and video work and wrote technical responses.• Assigned staff to customer-facing projects, negotiating any conflicts with project managers when needed.• Advised project management staff on technical and process approaches to project tasks, including 32 hours of custom financial management content for a US military customer.• Consulted customers on technical and procedural contract requirements and resolved direct client requests.• Identified professional development opportunities and funding for staff.• Evaluated multimedia products for functional and Section 508 compliance.• Administered software license assignments.• Presented “Engaging eLearning – Getting hitched to great ideas” at the 2023 Training Officers Consortium (TOC) Annual Institute (AI) conference in Philadelphia, PA.
