Utilize client web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain candidate data andreporting. Update the movement of candidates through various stages in both LinkedIn and the ATS.Schedule phone and in-person interviews, serving as a dependable point of contact forcandidates, TalentFront team members, and clients. Ensure appropriate and empathetic follow-up with candidates including sending status updates and rejection notices as requested. Perform other duties as required by the recruiting team. Setting up new ATS systems for clients that don't already have one.

This past summer I worked for Lucky Catch Cruises in Casco Bay. We took people out on tours to teach them how to lobster and explain the history surrounding the Portland area. I learned an immense amount of information by working in the field I love. It was one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had and I plan to work there again this summer!

My freshman year of college I worked in a new seaweed lab in our Marine Science Center. We grew sugar kelp in a nursery and then transported it to our seaweed farm, located in Saco Bay. The summer of 2016 I did research to find out what types of bacteria were found on the kelp and what were the sources of the bacteria.
