We produce over a thousand SKU's in many categories including pneumatic tools, power tool accessories, rough electrical accessories, pressure washer accessories, decorative hardware, and bathroom hardware. My role focuses on account and product marketing and includes sales channel management, product development, branding, merchandising, promotions, pricing, sales training, ecommerce strategy, and overall business development. I thrive in our entrepreneurial environment, but I enjoy a symbiotic connection to the details, processes, and deadlines that drive day-to-day life in a CPG business.

Consulting work focused on creating and developing ecommerce and traditional retail channels for entrepreneurs. Primarily engaged in product management, marketing, channel strategy, merchandising, logistics, brand development and sales.

I managed direct-to-consumer sales and marketing for the largest toy manufacturer in the U.S. This spanned four functional areas: online marketing, e-commerce operations, an in-house customer service call center and a brick-and-mortar retail store. Reporting to the CEO, I had full P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar e-commerce business and oversaw all related marketing efforts including site development, direct mail, SEO, SEM, email, social media and online advertising.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

During my tenure at Photoco, we were the largest distributor of photography and video accessories in the Midwest with a catalog of 6,000 items and a fully-stocked warehouse. Initially, I managed customer service and later led a sales team of manufacturer's reps throughout the U.S. As part of a small, entrepreneurial team, I worked to build successful sales programs with hundreds of specialty retailers, regional chains and our first foray into the big box arena. I also worked very closely on the development of our private brands and created programs for the industry's largest buying groups.
