Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Research Management Unit-Assists in the development of the guidelines and process for HTA research commissioning, guided by the Grants-In-Aid (GIA) guidelines of the DOST; -Assists in the establishment of the HTA Research Network (HTA RN);-Processes assigned proposals in accordance to HTAD review mechanism compliant to the GIA Guidelines, DOST Protocols and instructions, and other related rules and regulations. General activities will include as follows: >Screening and reviewing of proposals in terms of alignment, duplication, and completeness >Facilitating external reviews with identified technical/field experts >Preparing applicable documents and materials prior, during, and after evaluation process >Coordinating with proponents, research team, and other stakeholders on queries and concerns relating to the project-Providing recommendations to the program lead/immediate head upon consolidation of internal and external reviews;-Monitoring the budget presented by the senior staff to the Division Chief;-Assisting in the processing of MOA and fund releases;-Conducts monitoring and evaluation of assigned projects. General activities will include as follows: >Developing an M&E plan for each assigned project >Monitoring and checking of progress and deliverables/outputs based on the project timeline and commitments >Resolving conflicts and issues related to project implementation;-Ensures compliance to ISO procedure and manual of operations with regards to documentation, processing, project management, etc.;-Performs other duties and functions as assigned by the Division Chief or immediate head.

Project Manager, Research and Development Management Division-Assigned under the Department of Health (DOH) Advancing Health through Evidence-Assisted Decisions with Health Policy and Systems Research (AHEAD-HPSR) Program-Processes assigned proposals in accordance to PCHRD review mechanism compliant to the Grants-In-Aid Guidelines, DOST Protocols, and instructions, and other related rules and regulations.-Conducts monitoring and evaluation of assigned projects-Ensures compliance to ISO procedure and manual of operations with regards to documentation, processing, project management, etc.

-Performed specific assays to determine the amount and stability of an active ingredient of a particular drug -Used HPLC and GC to confirm the compound/active ingredient-Characterized particle sizes and determined the moisture content of powdered drugs-Arranged and segregated control samples-Prepared reports
