Install, manage, and maintain system hardware and software, resolving problems where necessary Research and implement technical solutions for systems and ensure security compliance to all company objectives (PCI/PA, SWIFT SIP, ISO, NIST) Evaluate all system practices and recommend improvements and modifications to organization’s IT systems Design and document all procedures, measures, and standards Coordinate with various teams’ multiple activities and leading OS/middleware/hardware upgrade projects.
