As an Innovative Learning Coach for Henrico County Public Schools, I am passionate about empowering educators with the knowledge and tools they need to integrate technology and life-ready learning into their teaching practices. With five years of experience as a teacher of 2nd and 3rd grade, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that teachers face in today's ever-evolving technological landscape.In addition to my teaching experience, I am also a science curriculum writer for the district, which has given me the opportunity to collaborate with educators across the county to create hands-on, exploratory lessons. I am proud to have graduated from the University of Richmond in 2017 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Elementary Teacher Education, and I am a certified teacher through the Virginia Department of Education.As a Level 2 Google Certified Educator, Promethean Certified Teacher, and Seesaw Pioneer, I am always seeking out new ways to enhance my own professional development and bring innovative ideas to the educators I work with. I am excited to continue my journey in education and am eager to connect with other educators who share my passion for technology and teaching.
