Assists with the development, forecasting and growth of passenger air service routes at Halifax Stanfield, as well as supporting the growth of cargo hub activities at YHZ.

Coordinated the port's marketing and e-marketing strategy via tools and collateral in the areas of Business Development, Strategic Relations and Real Estate. I provided inside sales coordination and business development sales support for the port's cargo development efforts including breakbulk, bulk, roll-on/roll-off and containerized, as well as cruise business. Managed marketing and e-marketing of cargo, cruise and real estate business, including website and print collateral for CruiseHalifax brand and the Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market (HSFM). Managed CRM deployment within Business Development & Operations, delivered marketing presentations and was a key team member of the annual Port Days conference in Halifax.

Provided executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President in a highly confidential working environment. Handled a wide range of matters of corporate, financial and strategic importance and oversaw all operational matters of the Senior Vice President Office, including administration, insurance and various policies and procedures.

Performed all typing and general clerical and secretarial duties for the department. This included tender and contract document management, preparation of request for proposals and issuing and processing purchase requisitions and orders, monitoring invoices for payment, managing time sheets for maintenance staff, as well as entering maintenance work order information. Ensured procedures were in place to control environmental records related to the Halifax Port Authority’s (HPA's) Environmental Management System (EMS) as part of HPA's ISO 14001 certification.
