CurrentI built a successful CSM team and carried it through a transition from regional to vertical coverage, and an account coverage increase and redistribution. Executed on several projects both as the directly responsible individual and as a project partner. Most proud of the working relationships developed in other departments that allowed for a smoother path for communications during periods of stress/hightened work levels.Some numbers/achievments:- team exceeded company-set goal numbers every year- hired and onboarded 7 new hires into the company (including one Director)- advanced 3 people in their careers- managed several Global Director responsibilities while short staffed at that position
