Provide day-to-day infrastructure support for the organization. Provide first line internal Server, PB and software support and work with various level two technical support engineers to troubleshoot and secure the appropriate resources to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.* Implemented network inventory and asset management system including helpdesk document, monitor infrastructure including patch management, backup, and vendor documentation and relationship management* End user support including remote/satellite offices includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Participate on projects and lead initiatives as directed including end user training* Gather information needed to support IT business metrics including researching, and evaluating new software* Seek out opportunities to increase end-user operational efficiency
