Responsibilities:-Maintain close relationships with high level IT management teams-Gather requirements, negotiate timelines and define deliverables for technical projects including company-wide infrastructure adoptions and upgrades, CRM implementations and integrations, and cloud application development efforts.-Negotiate financial decision making on behalf of Insight Global and guide our clients through the full sales process from initial contact to final signature.

-Work closely with Director of Benefits and Benefits specialists on projects. Directly plan and execute annual faculty orientation and open enrollment. -Work directly with vendor contacts to resolve issues regarding employee benefit claims. Process documentation for new employees, IRS qualified events, position termination and program changes. -Discuss the needs of each staff and faculty member and provide them with appropriate information to help meet their needs and requests, including discussing member eligibility and dependent audits. -Assist with verifying enrollment of employees to third party administrators. -Create necessary reports, and assist with improving everyday processes.
