I have been an RN for 20 years. During that time I have worked as a telemetry nurse at Overlake Hospital, Clinical Supervisor for a private practice, Director of Clinical Services for a home care company, CNA instructor at Edmonds College and Clinical Supervisor for Maxim Home Health Care. Throughout all these experiences I have developed and sharpened my communication, organization, prioritizing and problem solving skills. During the whole of my nursing career, I have been able to identifying those areas I excel in and am drawn to. I have been most successful in supervisory roles, training and evaluating caregivers, and being able to hold myself and those around me to high standards of care.
