My role supports the implementation and coordination of the extensive Global Health program at NCIRS, which includes the coordination of technical assistance in the support of eighteen partner countries across the Pacific Island Countries and South-East Asia, and agencies with immunisation policy development; National Immunisation Technical Advisory Group (NITAG) strengthening; vaccination program design & rollout; vaccination coverage and vaccine preventable disease (VPD) monitoring; vaccine safety surveillance; health communications and monitoring behavioural and social drivers for immunisation.I am also part of the secretariat responsible for the implementation and ongoing management for the external Governance requirements for DFAT's Regional Vaccine Access & Health Security Initiative (VASHI) which includes two independent Steering Committees and regular reporting to the DFAT's Centre of Health Security, Desk and Post. Lastly, I work closely with other local and international immunisation experts - leading Australian organisations across most states and territories e.g. Burnet Institute, Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI), Telethon Kids Institute(TKI)/University of WA, the University of Sydney - multilaterals such as UNICEF and the WHO, and NGOs such as the ASHM, Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and Jhpiego, to coordinate the delivery of highly skilled technical support designed to build capacity and improve the delivery of vaccines in the Indo-Pacific region.

As sole Project Officer for Health Infrastructure at the Westmead Hospital Redevelopment Integrated Project Office, I fulfilled an array of project management and support functions to ensure the on-time delivery of infrastructure projects across the $1 billion+ Westmead Redevelopment.Additionally, I provided Executive Support to the Senior Project Director, who straddled several high-level Projects across four sites: Blacktown, Mona Vale, Rouse Hill, and Westmead.

In this part-time (20%) role, I effectively balanced the competing demands of two CEOs and two separate organisations. For OPAN, I provided Executive Support to the CEO, Mr Craig Gear. This included, but was not limited to:- acting Company Secretary (minuting Board meetings, updating Registers e.g. Conflict, Risk, collating & distributing papers etc.)- diary management: CEO & OPAN- travel bookings- desktop research- event management (NSW & interstate)- monthly expense reconciliation- special projects e.g. submissions to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality & Safety

In this part-time (80%) role, I fulfilled a diverse range of functions within a small but highly regarded non-Govt, Not-For-Profit.Initially employed as Executive Support/Exec Officer (EO) to the CEO of SRS, Mr Russell Westacott,I continued to provide wide-ranging EO services including:- drafting high-level correspondence and reports to State & Federal Govt, Industry and Boards- accompanying and acting as CEO's representative at external functions- Supporting the Company Secretary on all Board matters- Updating monthly Risk Register Report and escalating issuesAs Business Services Manager I sat on the Management Team and manage Front of House/Intake & Assessment which encompasses several direct reports and all temporary staff. I worked directly with the CFO to manage related HRM finances and Facilities budget. I developed and was driving the organisation's Volunteer Strategy. I was responsible for reviewing and revitalising administration processes and worked with the CEO to restructure support staffing. There is no Human Resources Dept.As there was no internal IT Dept, I managed relationships with external providers of IT support, phones and CRM software (Salesforce).I managed several projects end-to-end, including:• Phase 2 Office refurbishment (six months, expenditure, review)• Community Engagement Project• 2018 Human Rights Awards: nomination + event management

As part of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering & Water Resources Management, I directly assisted Deputy Department Head Dr. Ing Kristina Terheiden and her team by reviewing and editing Research Papers pre-journal submission, and translating and editing Lecture Notes and presentations for the Masters Program (German > English).
