Design and manufacturing support for custom oil field capital equipment including but not limited to workover rigs, accumulators, drawworks, and options thereof. This includes specifying, sourcing components, modeling, and releasing full drawing packages in Solidworks through ECN process. Running simulation (static stress) finite element analysis (FEA) in Solidworks to reduce weight while meeting design requirements. Manage design and manufacturing BOMs within Solidworks and DBWworks PDM environment and facilitate the transfer to INFOR ERP solution. Working to implement a closer integratation between PDM and ERP softwares to drive mBOMs directly from sales order through Solidworks.Specified, sourced, populated, implemented, and supported a custom product configurator written in VBA used to dictate a buildable set of options and build a complete BOM for the job as well as communicate the options to the shop floor.Written other VBA calculator style programs to improve overall team productivity for such things as driveshaft angles and press fit joint torques.

Manufacturing line support for $3.6MM/day output manufacturing process. Supported body fabrication as well as chassis fabrication.
