Handle technical troubleshooting, installations, product issues, development requests, and implementations of TRAKnet PM. Serve as main contact for key accounts of TRAKnet PM. Work directly with Development team to test, analyze, and enhance TRAKnet PM. Also serve as Level 3 customer support.Selected Contributions: Run pre-configured, and custom data conversions from other EMR products. Create VB.net applications for custom data conversions Ran test scripts, Reviewed and Analyzed test results. Installed and configured TRAKnet PM EMR and MS SQL. Setup integrations with other vendors (Labs, X-Ray, HL7, CCD, excel, E-Fax, Appointment Reminder systems). HL7 Implementation – Work with PDMS Administrators and customers to implement HL7 components. Work with High Priority Accounts on installing, training, Meaningful Use and support. Maintain and support AD, IIS, SSL certs, VPN, Exchange Server, backups and FTP.  Assisted our development team to accomplish full CCHIT certification. Developed and maintain SAAS (Software as a Service) model. Training customers/key accounts on how to use TRAKnet PM and attest for Meaningful Use.

Handled many roles with-in Leum Software. Provided internal IT support, customer support, training, and installs for PODMed EMR. Leum Software Solutions was eventually purchased by Biomedix. I then became an employee of Biomedix.Selected Contributions: Provided customer service to our customer base.  Provided training to customers and internal employees. Installed and configured PodMed EMR application. Ran pre-configured and custom data conversions for other EMR products. Supported internal employees, domain, network, VPN, FTP, and exchange server.  Supported Encompass (POS software).

Installation, troubleshoot and repair of MFP, printers, and scanners. Selected Contributions: Supported Konica Minolta, Kyocera, and Canon. I am currently certified to be a technician on Konica Minolta devices. Setup and configured devices within Network. Track and maintain own inventory of parts. Traveled to various customer locations within assigned territory.
