As the Population Health Team Lead my responsibilities include managing the relationship between Cerner and MU Health Care's managed care and contracting departments, as well as serving as a subject matter expert on all data source relevant to population health and value based contacting and any solutions Cerner provides to help meet the organization's goals. I also advise and lead a group of analysts who provide reporting on the aforementioned data sources and maintain the solutions used to access reports, data, and provide care to patients.

Serve as the subject matter expert for population health and value based contracting data, while applying that knowledge to reporting and analytics. Produce enterprise wide data models, dashboards, and tabulated reports used to guide financial and clinical care decisions.

Responsible for data manipulation, and development of reporting on large, complex healthcare data sets using SQL and Business Objects primarily in support of MU Health Cares population health and value based contracting initiatives.
