As the Command Sergeant Major at U.S. European Command, I am responsible for the training, readiness, and welfare of more than 60,000 U.S. military personnel and their families in Europe and Africa. I have been serving at the senior-executive level since 2013, and have over 30 years of military service, including multiple deployments in combat zones and special operations missions.My core competencies are organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, and a Top Secret clearance. My mission is to support the U.S. and allied interests in the region, and to foster a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration among the diverse and talented teams I lead and partner with.
