Manages the ‘for-sale’ residential neighborhood development and production builder programs for Tavistock Development Company, including the 17 square-mile Lake Nona community and the Sunbridge community. During tenure with Tavistock, over 6,000 lots put under contract in excess for $500 million. Lake Nona has consistently ranked as one of the most innovative and top selling master planned communities in the country, with nearly $4 billion in total sales volume. Lead executive in the development, launch and management of Lake Nona’s Laureate Park neighborhood, a trend-setting community of transitional architecture with a focus on community engagement. Laureate Park has seen over 2,900 home closings since opening in 2012.Have worked in nearly every product and price category in residential markets. Led multi-million dollar, award-winning branding and marketing campaigns and named the National Marketing Director of the Year by the National Association of Homebuilders in 2004.
