As a business owner I’m responsible for all aspects of running the business. There are many tasks associated with running a small business, but some of main responsibilities include all aspects related to management, Financial Management and business projections, Marketing and customer service, Human Resource and all aspects related to to include hiring, dismissing employees, monitoring labor, monitoring and managing production, continually analyzing and evaluating the overall business plan and execution of this plan, insuring compliance with federal and state laws.

As a Program Manager I served as the focal point with sole responsibility for four major contracts valuing $83 million dollars for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partner. I was responsible for developing contracts with other vendors for the procurement of goods and services. These contracts deal with various phases of logistical support to include maintenance planning, technical data, storage, transportation, packaging and handling, manpower and personnel for training purposes.As a Program Manager I worked as the lead member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT). As a lead of the IPT I was required to develop a plan for the procurement of goods and service for the F-16. This plan includes goals and milestones for the life of the program. As lead IPT I’m required to ensure other members know the goals and plan, ensuring tasks are being completed in a timely manner.

Lead Logistics Manager,I was responsible for training and being the focal point for all Logistics related matters for the 416 SCMS GUMAC in the USAF. As a Logistics Manager served as the interface to USAF units for assigned items and performed duties to maintain a productive and supply posture. I was responsible for resolving problems, clarifying inquiries and maintaining customer support in a timely and accurate manner. I provided timely and accurate distribution of assets to customers, while validating and confirming customer requirements to ensure proper items are issued.I used the following computer systems as a regular part of my job.DO35A, DO35K, D200 GL004L, EXPRESS, ABCS, DSS, JO18, MSDIS, WEBSDR, LIMS-EV, PRPS, IRIS, RDS, Microsoft Office and email.
