Curriculum Developer
Current* Create, revise, review, lesson plan outlines, lesson plans, storyboards, military educational material, facilitator books, and military student guides during lesson development* Develop and evaluate comprehensive assessments and rubrics in military style* Conduct internal and external evaluations of military educational programs* Evaluate instructional material and doctrine in accordance with related training regulations and training publications* Use knowledge of the U.S. Army’s Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and a comprehensive knowledge of educational learning theories, learning styles, and learning models to conduct internal and external evaluations of educational programs* Provide performance oriented, outcomes based, educational lesson plan outlines, lesson plans, and assessments that are progressive and sequential, adhering to environmental and risk assessment requirements, and educates students* Conduct research and use evaluation methodologies and instruments (i.e., tests and survey instruments, field feedback, and questionnaires) to predict effectiveness and efficiency of education implementation, student achievement, and relevance of educational products to the operational environment* Develop educational lesson plan outlines, lesson plans, and assessment material for the assigned curriculum development course. The applicant shall develop educational products and input lesson material in the Training Development Capability (TDC).* Prepare educational material, storyboards, and student guides in accordance with the U.S. Army related regulations* Identify, collect, and arrange all reference material required in conducting educational courses for assigned subject matter area, and integrates Army regulations, field manuals, mission-training plans, and/or other educational products* Make recommendations regarding the development and application of action, conditions, and standards utilized in education* Participate in special projects
