Responsibilities included maintenance of the 10,000 square metres of land, rebuilding derelict sites with recycled materials, dry stone walling and forest management.Worked with food production from planting to harvesting.Attention to permaculture worked with complimentary plants encouraging each other to grow by sharing nutrients.

15 month trip through Brazil and Colombia during the pandemic, travelling solo. Worked on permaculture projects in the Amazon rainforest, on both Brazil's and Colombia's side.Hitch-hiked through Brazil, whilst the world was shutting down, immersed myself in the culture and geography of two fascinating countries.
