• In the role of Network Architect designed, deployed and supported a redundant Data Center environment from the ground up.
• Designed a resilient infrastructure for the corporate headquarters. this included the physical security, redundant power, cabling, telecom and a VoIP based telephony solution.
• Implemented a Cisco IP Telephony solution consisting of redundant Unity and Callmanager clusters serving 150 users.
• Worked with Hardware Vendors and Service Providers to develop a customer hardware solution to deliver an IP Based air-to-ground EFB communication solution.

• Responsible for customer edge equipment troubleshooting, design changes and fault repair in a Tier 3 Support role.
• Responsible for maintenance on the network edge equipment. This involves hardware upgrades and failed device replacement on a variety of production equipment. Primarily Cisco IOS based devices such as GSR's, 7500.
• Managed incidents within Level 3's Internet BGP peering relationships with other Internet providers.
• Responsible for managing vendor relationships and handling related issues. This would involve weekly conference calls to verify that all issues are being addressed properly.
• Primary engineer responsible for testing Cisco 12000 series code for network compatibility. Created and routinely ran compliance tests for MPLS,OSPF,BGP as well as others.
• Authored numerous test plans and procedures for the Engineering and Operations Teams.
