12 month secondment as Talent & Development Lead ANZ- Leadership capability- Talent & Succession- Org Development

In addition to ANZ Talent Acquisition responsibilities, this is a newly created secondment role, building on some of the Asia Area and global talent acqusition project work I was involved in, to lead best practice talent acquisition across Asia Area markets. Among other activities, this includes:- 2023 Project Lead on an early talent development program across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines & Taiwan- benchmarking and developing individual and team capability- build connection and best practice sharing across multiple teams- supporting business critical role succession planning

In this role I lead our ANZ Talent Acquisition COE across Commercial, Clinical Research and Manufacturing, as part of the HR team. In this role I led a new RPO recruitment team, responsible for hiring across APAC - predominately Commercial roles in Aus / NZ, China, Korea & Japan.

In this role I was responsible from implementation to leading a national team of 7 to deliver blue collar and operations recruitment solutions across Australia. This included team selection, training and development, through to client engagement, operational delivery and standardisation of processes in a high volume environment of circa 900 hires annually. This also expanded to cover the white collar recruitment team for a period to wards the end of this role.

Initially hired as senior consultant, after 2 years I was promoted into the Head of Talent Acquisition role with responsibility for leading a team in the delivery of recruitment solutions across all business streams in Australia & New Zealand. In this role I worked closely with local and regional (APAC) leadership on providing a high level of recruitment service to Philips. This role included team leadership, process management and improvement, EVP, hiring manager training and achievement of team performance targets.
