In this role I led a new RPO recruitment team, responsible for hiring across APAC - predominately Commercial roles in Aus / NZ, China, Korea & Japan.

In this role I was responsible from implementation to leading a national team of 7 to deliver blue collar and operations recruitment solutions across Australia. This included team selection, training and development, through to client engagement, operational delivery and standardisation of processes in a high volume environment of circa 900 hires annually.
