Took on responsibility and resources to allow project management of all types of implementation projects including data migrations (from various internal & external systems) and calculations such as active to deferred, pension increases, etc. PRINCE2 methodology is used along with MS Project to manage projects from inception (via PIDs) to client delivery. Technical lead for the data migration of all pension schemes from in-house legacy systems to new pensions admin system (PenScope) using Sql Server. Responsible for developing the core migration platform from which ~100 schemes were later migrated.

Technical lead for the development of all Flexible Benefit projects. Project managed & co-ordinated the successful delivery of the vast majority of technical Flexible Benefits projects (using MS Project).

Technical lead for the development of Windows (Gupta SQLWindows) & Web based (Coldfusion) systems for the Pension Plan, Share Plan and Flexible Benefits businesses. Responsible for the release of projects into the live environment and associated on-call support. Organised and ran a number of SQL (Oracle) training courses for non-technical people.

Developed a number of software tools in Gupta SQLWindows that assisted the I.T. department including a library & schema generator (that enabled programmers to work more efficiently) and a database optimiser (using SQLBase database).
