On a mission to provide cost-free communication services to active-duty military members and low-income veterans by responsibly recycling cell phones and other electronic devices. Quick Facts:Cell Phones for Soldiers (CPFS) has sent more than 10 million calling cards overseas since 2004. That's 450 million Minutes That Matter. These are precious moments connecting active duty military members to their families and friends. CPFS sends an average of 1,000 calling cards each week to FOB's and other military installations all over the world. CPFS has recycled more than 25 million cell phones, reducing the impact on landfills. CPFS has more than 3,000 authorized collection points across the country. These are small businesses, libraries, banks, schools and other recognizable community locations that place a CPFS collection box to solicit donations from employees, customers and the general public. Helping Heroes Home (HHH), CPFS' veteran support program has provided emergency assistance to more than 3,100 veterans and their families since 2012.
