Providing weekly updates to all parties involved with any changes. Working with Assistant Sales Managers to make sure planograms are ready by the scheduled time, necessary fixtures are ordered, and items are included that are specific to different demographics throughout the 188 Jewel Stores. Reviewing the schedule with SAS who is responsible for completing the resets and cut ins are completed within the scheduled dates. Making sure tests sets for Resets are complete 8-12 weeks out so planograms are 100% ready for executions during the given week.• Manage Store Remodels.o Responsibilities include: Performing Pre-Walks with Leadership/Construction to go over what will be accomplished in each store remodel. Laying out the Categories in the stores to increase sales and performance. Set up a schedule for each remodel so Coordinators can set up plans to complete work in food, drug, and liquor departments. Coordinators can also order shelving and fixtures once dates have been confirmed. Work with Vendors to make sure specific dates can be met for shelving and fixtures.
