Over 30 years’ experience in real estate, now Managing Partner at Montagu Evans since 2014 having joined in 1995. Previously headed the valuation and advisory (now Advisory) team, specialising in valuation relating to commercial, residential development and London investment property. Clients include Barclays Bank, HSBC, Santander, Pramerica, Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, IBM Pension Fund, Almacantar, Helical Bar, Chancerygate, Rocket Investments, Central & Cecil Housing Trust and Catholic Trust for England & Wales.I advise on the investment and development risks related to value, I am adept in understanding complex property structures and their valuation consequences. I help clients understand the exit value risks related to their particular investment or development strategy. As Managing Partner my role covers all aspects of the business including strategic and financial planning, operations, partner recruitment, client relations, service quality and process improvement, business development and compliance.Notable memberships include: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer, committee associate of the British Property Federation and previous property board member for Duke of Edinburgh Charity. I sit on the Westminster Property Association (WPA) Board.
