Working with Iceberg Digital as one of their clients, I reinvented their entire systems and processes in order to build a modern, data driven business, winning multiple awards along the way. Implementing a rebrand and making other changes, that agency now manages over 700 properties and has a turnover of £1m+ out of just one office.
