My accomplishments include running 48 miles in 48 hours, completing multiple marathons, running a 100km ultra marathon through the night, co-authoring an Amazon #1 best-selling business book in Sales and Marketing, and hosting three podcasts, all ranked in UK and International Podcasts Charts for Parenting, Mental Health and Entrepreneurship. I also champion building resilience through cold water therapy as a daily discipline for over 500 days.Recognised for my dedication to mental well-being, I have spoken at TEDx, FTSE 100 companies, schools, and businesses on mental health and holistic resilience building. My TEDx talk focused on mental well-being, suicide, and the importance of transparent communication within our communities.
