I represented the NZ food and beverage industry in consultation with NZ government on food health legislation and industry-self regulation.I was the sole representative of the NZ food industry during the Labour Government’s investigation into the issue of obesity, actioned by the Government Select Committee headed by Sue Kedgley. I facilitated cooperation.

I oversaw the complete reorganisation of the Commercial Team into business units and eventually closed down poor performing businesses and increased resources around key business units resulting in significant increase in sales and earnings.

I oversaw a number of key accounts including Glaxo Smith Kline, Kimberley Clark, Hyundai and Pizza Hut providing advertising, public relations, digital marketing and other services and consultancy.

At Restaurant Brands I oversaw the transformation of KFC and Pizza Hut following the initial difficult years of the float of Restaurant Brands.

I helped establish Heineken as the leading premium brand in Thailand and launched Amstel Beer along with the market testing of Tiger Beer.

At DB, I oversaw the relaunch of the lager portfolio and introduction of FMCG marketing disciplines to sales and marketing teams. I helped launch Heineken, Amstel and Flame Beer.
