My team in the Regulatory Reporting group within the Finance Shared Services department is responsible for the Bank’s Basel II Capital Adequacy Reporting (BCAR) and New Credit Risk (NCR) reporting to OSFI. In addition, we assist in completion of certain public disclosures within the Financial Statements, MD&A and Supplemental Information Package, including the Basel II Pillar 3 public disclosures.

• Planned, directed, and coordinated audits, resource requirements and operational processes to ensure audits are executed and completed in accordance with established standards• Represent Audit Division on internal committees and provided specialized subject matter expertise to clients, Audit Division staff and external stakeholders relating to policies, procedures and processes• Built knowledge of wide range of TD Bank businesses, including Corporate Audit portfolio and areas covered by business segment audit groups• Provided leadership to a medium team; relied upon to coach others and to provide support to senior management• Audits conducted includes Global Anti-Money Laundering, Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing, various Human Resource areas, Accounts Payable and SOX 404 testing• In addition, led Basel II related project and operational audits, including OSFI Operational Risk Self Assessment, Operational Risk Regulatory Capital, Basel II Regulatory Capital Reporting, Risk and Control Self Assessment, and Risk Event Data Collection• Coordinated execution of audits with varies business segment audit groups, business units, Financial Controls Office and external auditors
