Escape Technology are a reseller providing hardware, software, and consultancy for a variety of CG industries including Video Games and VFX. In this role I wrote curated content and was responsible for all of the company social media channels. I helped to organize events, and attended to represent the company and increase Escape's visibility within the industry. Through this experience I have honed my skills in marketing and built relationships with visual effects studios, game developers and hardware suppliers.

During my time at Green Man Gaming I wrote content for the blog, newsroom and the SEO focussed game hubs. I also wrote for product pages displayed on the website, customer emails and I posted frequently on Green Man Gaming’s social media channels. I also helped redesign the look of the blog and I was in charge of blog layout.Whilst at Green Man Gaming I have gained valuable experience with proofreading and editing articles. I have also developed an in depth understanding of SEO and how to write using keywords and phrases. I also have some experience in keyword research. I also built healthy relationships with companies such as Intel, Bethesda and Capcom.What I achieved: - Launched the Newsroom which managed to achieve over 90,000 page views per month - Wrote for various SEO focussed game-hubs, which managed to rank on the first page of Google - Wrote and edited articles for the blog, views went from 40,000 to 100,000 page views per month - Looked After Green Man Gaming's Social Channels such as Facebook (over 230,000 likes), Twitter (175,000 followers) and Instagram (over 4,000 followers) - Supported the team with various social campaigns for Green Man Gaming, including the launches of Resident Evil 7 and Dishonoured 2 - Assisted in launch and management Green Man Gaming’s community and forums

During my time as Management Information support agent at CCA International my role focussed on delivering progress reports to key client Rated People. These weekly and monthly reports compiled key data from the call centre into focussed excel documents which were presented to the client. Since starting this role I have taken initiative to re-structure elements of the reporting system in order to make the reports more accessible and more informative to my manger and team. This role also involved developing a good working relationship with our client and has helped me to gain an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.What I achieved:  - Created a new reporting system which delivered reports in a more efficient and focussed way - Created reports which highlighting progress of a specific agent or a group of agents - Delivered statistics and information to managers on time - Adhered to strict report deadlinesPrevious to this I worked for two other high profile campaigns with CCA International as both a sales agent and a customer service agent. These roles helped me to expand many skills including my time management, problem solving and one to one training of new employees.

As community manger for game developer Happy Land-Lord I was responsible for promoting the web based RPG video game Adventure Box through various mediums including social media and video promotion.Whilst working on the Adventure Box project I also had the opportunity to present the game to the public at a range of industry events. As a member of this team I was responsible for providing professional and knowledgeable point of contact for the game. As a result of these events we were able to see a direct increase in alpha tester sign ups for the games as well as a significant increase of Adventure Box conversation over social media networks.What I achieved: - Created Adventure Box’s social media accounts which gained over 30,000 followers over Facebook and Twitter - Created a community of over 10,000 Alpha testers - Got Adventure Box recognised by several high profile YouTubers such as Stampy Cat and PaulSoarsJr

I have also managed, maintained and created content for my own website PlusXP.com My time with Plus XP encouraged me to develop my web master skills by maintaining and updating the website on a regular basis and managing a team of writers.I have liaised and networked with game publishers and developers to build Plus XP's reputation. I also maintain all of Plus XP's social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. I also moderate all comments and the site community.What I achieved:- Created and launched a website that achieved 30,000 pageviews a month- Edited articles for a team of six writers- developed and maintained relationships with companies such as Gamer network, Capcom, Sega and Bethesda
