I'm responsible for Travelport GDS training support for new & existing customers in virtual, classroom, and onsite environments. I work with Sales and Account Management teams when required for field support, training and implementation activities. I coordinate and deliver individual and regular training and migration support including tailoring and delivering training programs to meet specific customer and Travelport needs. I drive customers to self-sufficiency through utilization of self-service tools on all platforms and assist in maintaining and updating training curriculum as needed.

Greater Denver Area

Was responsible for driving aspects of migrating former Orbitz for Business customers to the Egencia platform. Prior to Egencia's acquisition of Orbitz for Business, I managed multiple projects in a fast paced environment, managed customer expectations, oversaw internal teams, navigated global cultures, assessed and mitigated risks and ensured on-time and high quality delivery. Interfaced directly with global customers at executive and administration levels to communicate Orbitz for Business' implementation/migration process, set and managed expectations and oversaw relationships during implementation. I have an established track record in on-time project delivery.

Directly supported the workforce of Orbitz for Business and Orbitz for Business International. Developed and delivered training to support internal and external parties including curriculum development and certification to vendor employees. Recommended updates to make training curricula more efficient in the real world environment. Conducted extensive web-based training for external customers. Collaborated with the corporate process development team to develop and implement processes, procedures, and created client training as applicable.

Assigned as office training coordinator for Apollo Viewpoint, E-Cruise, Focalpoint and Group Manager. Arranged international and cruise travel for members with emphsis on detailed quality and follow up. Increased revenues by generating new business via marketing strategies and support. Ensured continuing customer satisfaction with continuous venor updates and training.
