I am a highly experienced consulting leader, specialising in strategic operating model/organisation design and change management, with a clear link to the delivery of tangible, sustainable business benefits. I have leadership experience across the planning, analysis, design and implementation phases of OD projects, ranging from enterprise-wide transformation to individual team design and mobilisation initiatives.Our clients encounter various challenges, including rapid growth issues, inefficiency and low productivity, poor collaboration and siloed working, and difficulties arising from mergers and acquisitions. By partnering with us, clients can access our deep expertise and practical, pragmatic advice as we define organisation designs that can be implemented quickly and deliver immediate results. We enjoy educating our client teams on organisation design best practice and provide formal training and coaching both alongside our project delivery or as one-off interventions.
