Used my collective investment scheme experience to set up 10 private equity funded commercial property funds with a total value of c.£280 million. Some included beneficial income tax angles for HNW investors.

Set up 4 institutionally funded property collective investment schemes including Osprey, a high yielding secondary property fund with gearing - rocket science to the institutions at the time! Also set up the Oystercatcher Residential fund.

Started with shopping centre rent reviews including the biggest of them all, MetroCentre Gateshead and moved into the shopping centre investment team and involved in selling it.
