Installing, enabling and servicing Virgin Media fibre optic broadband, telephony and DTV products into residential homes and small businesses, whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times. DTV, Broadband and telephony products are installed in accordance with the high standards required by Virgin Media. Knowledge of HFC and FTTP networks. Installation of service “drop” cables from street cabinet to customer properties enabling VM services. Mentoring new starters and providing mentor support to colleagues when needed. Undertaking “bench-strength” duties and manager escalations.

Dealing with customer queries via telephone and making recommendations of suitable systems based on the customers individual requirements. Surveying, quoting and coordinating site installation of CCTV and networking equipment. Scheduling and coordinating all company installations across the UK. Onsite installation support as required by the company.

Providing detailed costing quotations based on customer supplied architectural drawings and overseeing the process from initial enquiry to contract securment. Also to provide IT support to all company IT users along with scheduling the maintenance of all IT equipment.
