· Provide First and Second level Help Desk support for all offices and remote users concerning their hardware, software, network, and printing needs via remote access for 500+ end users· Track and maintain Help Desk support interface and database used for tracking end user issues and solutions· Assist in training of HelpDesk support technicians and other IT personnel· Provide audio\video support, capture and editing services for all offices including recording of live presentations and teleconferences for later viewing and dissemination· Configure, maintain and set up hardware and provide training for new and current attorneys and support staff in the Greenville and Atlanta offices with regards to all available corporate hardware and software, both network and local· Track, maintain, order and administer cellular devices\iPhones and provide end user support for iPhones\iPads including iTunes configuration, backup and support· Provide on and off site setup and support for telecommunications and audio visual presentations· Maintain, image, setup, clean personal and corporate data, and provide for disposal of PC hardware, configure, track and maintain fleet of IBM laptops for travel and off network use· Setup and administer GoToMeeting and assist with connection and setup of hardware and software for other web based telecommunications· Provide after hours on call support for all supported hardware, software, and services
