Rob Currie is the founder of Visual Edge Media and experienced creative visual director & content producer who has worked on a wide range of global projects over the past 10 years. From live productions for broadcast, film, theatre and online, Rob has always taken inspiration from the variety of visual productions he worked on to design, create and use innovative technology to produce the very best quality output, whether it's for live sport, music or TV shows or standalone events.His creative directing roles have covered projects such as; Wimbledon, Hans Zimmer Live, Dubai WorldCup, Bear Grylls Show, Eurovision Song Contest & Jamiroquai Tours. He has been the creative lead for sports event presentation on World Athletics Championships, England Cricket (county, ODI, Test Match and IT20), European Games, World Cross Country, World Relays & World U20 Championships, responsible for event content for broadcast, in-stadium and post event online. Before the creative producer role Rob worked for Creative Technology in their media solutions team on projects such as; Rugby Union World Cup 2015, Olympic Games 2012, European Basketball League, British Athletics, Burberry Live (in Asia & London) as video programmer and content manager. Rob is currently a creative producer for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in Japan for 2021.
