Business Engineering Services: Payroll Operations – Develop and deploy effective operational practices and procedures emphasizing efficiency across all platforms including front-end/back-end payroll processing, client implementations, and finance. Streamline and transform operations of delivery channels and integration of new CRMs (Customer Relationship Management).Operational efficiency: Continuous improvement of team productivity for customer issues and payroll money movement deployments. These improvements largely helped scale the business to support increasing client demand.Money movement engineering: Improved accuracy and efficiency of the National Automated Clearing House Association process and decreased overall processing time.Vendor management: Daily liaison connecting payroll operations to our third party money movement engine, negotiating fees, processing timelines, communication standards and developing custom reporting to better service the needs of clients.

PHRS HR Payroll Specialist – Payroll deployments and service (2014 – 2016)Ongoing management of 100+ clients consisting of small to medium sized businesses with a Human Resource Services focus. These high revenue clients accounted for 30% of company revenue. Worked closely with various Human Resource Generalists to ensure client satisfaction and extraordinary customer service; including client visits, conference calls and online sessions. Achieved best in class customer satisfaction and customer retention for the branch.Payroll Specialist – Payroll services (2011 – 2014)Ongoing management of 300+ clients consisting of small to medium sized businesses as the single point of contact pertaining to all aspects of quality service including, but not limited to, contacting and assisting clients in the process of reporting payroll and tax-related issues on a daily basis, obtaining payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocation, employee deductions (i.e. wage garnishments, 401k, fringe benefits, reimbursements, union deductions and health benefits), maintaining payroll schedules, data entry and maintenance of all payroll related information necessary to accurately and efficiently process payroll and meet appointment schedules, researching and resolving inquiries pertaining to both quarterly and annual federal and state returns as well as adjusting employee W2’s, and providing ongoing leadership and mentoring to new Payroll Specialist; assisting with all inquiries and the resolution of complex issues.
