This solution provides the HR department with an online service that replaces the many forms that the HR staff were required to complete. Also the general staff had access via a "staff" portal to complete forms too, automatically creating tickets to be addressed by the HR Staff. This solution was also integrated with "Approval" options required for specific HR functions.
