The operation of the company focuses both in early stage and late stage collections and also caters credit acquisition services (telemarketing and verification).; - In charge of over-all operations of the business. - Manage delinquent portfolio of credit cards thru third party collection agencies. - Manage performance of third party collection agencies - Responsibility in recovering written off portfolio by collecting from seriously deliquent clients - Reports on progress of collection performance of the third party agents - Ocular inspection and site visits to different offices of handled agencies - Directly reporting to the Vice President of Recoveries - Work closely with the different departments of the bank - Strategic planning for new collection practices - Ensuring that monthly performance targets are met
