Recently elected 2020-2021 President of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Pittsburg State University.

After proving to my fraternity while on the recruitment board that I was the right person for the job. I was voted into the position and and made drastic changes that that ultimately propelled the fraternity forward.Recruitment stats - Signed 43 total new members over the course of a year. In Fall rush signed 32 new members while the other fraternity’s had 5,11,7,14, and 6. Spring rush I signed 11 while the others had no more than 4. The previous year everyone recruited 15-20 on average. 365 Recruitment - At Pittstate every chapter has a fall rush and a spring rush to bring in new members. I realized Greek life was missing out on the opportunity of recruitment throughout the year. I worked with our regional director and Greek advisor to adjust SigEp to 365 day recruitment. Recruitment board - I designed a whole recruitment board to help bring SigEp back to the the top. I hosted weekly meetings, I set up positions within the board and each member on the board had a specified job. Overall the recruitment board design proved to be superior compared to other chapters numbers. Balanced Man Scholarship - Designed and set up a scholarship with SigEp nationals to offer to new incoming students who are balanced men. I conduct dozens of interviews a week to determine who are the best candidates.

I ran and operated the Pittstate SigEp Instagram. I increased the followers from 334 to 2300. Of 234 Sigma Phi Epsilon chapters the Pittstate SigEp Instagram has the most followers. The engagement increased from 300 views and 75 likes to 1200-2000 views and 400-700 likes. I tripled the amount of post per semester on the page aswell.

Served as a member on the recruitment board and helped the president of recruitment generate leads, conduct interviews, and plan recruitment events.

Started selling cars when I was 17 years old doing school to work my senior year of high School. Sold 8-12 cars a month at the Butler MO location in a small town. Skilled in VinSolutions with a perfect internet lead response time. Took incoming phone calls and transferred any human interaction I could into a sales lead even if they were calling for the service department. During my time there I was selling New Ford, CDJR, and used vehicles of all makes. I was introduced myself to every person that stepped foot on the lot. I began self generating leads by creating ads on Facebook and Craigslist. From Facebook promotions alone I’ve managed to sell 7 cars in 1 month. I ran a radio ad 2x a day. Dropped donuts and business cards at local businesses on a weekly basis. I Held an active social media presence to the paint where if you were looking for a car and knew me you were most likely buying from me. I attended trainings regularly to keep improving my selling skills and learn more ways to produce leads.
