Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all district buildings and grounds consisting of 13 sites on 200+ acres and 25 buildings. Point of contact for District staff and public. 36 FTE direct reports and managing a budget of $5.76M with $525K budgeted along with donations for capital improvements totaling over $1M.

Major Projects: (a) Lead a group of forensic investigators and project consultants in a water leak and intrusion investigation in response to legal action against the general contractor of Lake Oswego High School bond project; (b) Construction & Project Manager for District capital projects and the 6+ million dollar repair of construction defect at Lake.

 Construction & Project Manager for final construction projects related to the 2000 Bond and District capital projects.2  Major Projects: (a) Developed and produced bid documents for facilities and capital projects; (b) Developed Conditional Use and Development Review Documents for District projects; (c) Facilitator of projects supported by grant funds.

 Member of the Lake Oswego High Schools $85 million Bond Management Group (2001 to 2005), assisting in the design and as the PM for several resulting small projects. Provided resolution to technical issues for the bond projects.  Major Projects: (a) Liaison between District Staff and Design Team for two 30+ million dollar high school projects; (c).

Developed and distributed the management of Student accounts, including the design and implementation a Windows 2000 Infrastructure for district staff and students.Designed and Implemented a 1 GB District Fiber Network.

Integral part of strategic technology District plan development, including the design and implementation of district wide telephone system and NT network and migration of the District’s 1500 Macintosh computers to 2000 PCs. Responsible for ERATE telecommunications grant.

IT operations management and out-of-state and international oversight.Designed international data networks.
