Have worked on many areas of the product, including the storage layer, new hardware, the UI, performance based features, customer facing features and more.Test lead responsibilities include:-Scoping feature durations and presenting them across the organization.-Writing test plans, test scopes, and test cases.-Creating automated python test documents, monitoring automated test results and analyzing failures.-Running test cases and filing defects if necessary.-Communicating test statuses to the appropriate parties.I also work on other efforts within the COS organization:-I am in charge of the test team hardware systems. I allocate our resources based off of upcoming features and requests made by the team. I also troubleshoot issues with the systems, perform device installation and tracking, and monitor device usage.-Work with customer support team in various capacities, including ways to improve our test coverage that more directly aligned with field use, helped verify field defects, and serve as a main link between the two teams. Have worked on teams focused on highest level of customer issues.-Was head of system regression testing for two major releases of the product. Planned, executed, and reported status of regression testing to relevant parties.

Software tester, member of the System Integration Functional team. Testing the new features as well as maintaining older ones for all of Cleversafe's data storage products. Performing primarily manual, but also some automated testing using Python.

Worked in the Annual Giving department for the University of Illinois Foundation, the fundraising wing of the school. Made calls towards prospective donors, both alumni and non-alumni. Raised over $50,000 in donations towards the university. Chosen as a Team Captain for the Spring 2013 semester, and my team raised the most money during that semester.
