Key Job Responsibilities:Labor Management- direct day-to-day floor operations of technicians, including set and strike (ie. audio, visual, lighting, rigging, etc.), scheduling, etc., scheduling, etc. Delegate tasks appropriately. Train and develop technicians with Director's assistance.Event Preparation- provides preparation and follow-up on sales quotes using revenue maximization techniques in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
